Description

So I just learned how to use Sai to make things.

Also I did the foreground and background in single layers.  That's a first.

And I decided to do a pakicetus because I haven't drawn one recently.

Have you ever played the game Fossil Fighters Champions? You should look up the Pakicetus from that game.
